Vintage 90's Women Party Dress Size 8 Sequin Gold Black Lightning Silk

Vintage US Vintage Women's Size 8 (This may not be not a modern day 8 so please see measurements below for best fit) This dress is gorgeous. It is the perfect unique holiday or New Year's Eve dress. It has long sleeves so you won't freeze. It is lined in silk but the beading and sequins are a deep shade of gold and black. It has shoulder pads. It is missing a few beads but it is not that noticeable. It is in very good vintage condition.
