In great condition with no noticeable signs of major damage. The logos on the back are Bell Atlantic and Cellexis. (last pic) some minor staining on the inside forehead area, always happens to a hat that is worn. All of our items are authentic vintage / second hand pieces may have minor signs of wear; such signs as small (washable) stains, small pulls/pin holes, minor marks etc. I will try my best to photograph and describe any major flaws I find.
