Vintage 90s WFEILD Australia sheer outer layer maxi 2 layer dress US 4-6

I Bought this in late 90s in Australia. Good vintage condition. The tag says Australian size 8 which is US equivalent to about a 2-4. I wore only a few times. Kind of a gothic look. Has lace up sides. First layer is sheer with 2nd layer red to give off a cool effect. They are 2 separate pieces. Approximate measurements flat 15” pit to pit 51.5” long
