Vintage 90's Vintage Blue Navy And Gray/Silver Floral Maxi Skirt, See Measurements for modern sizing. This has a pretty small waist. I would have guessed a size Small. The flowers are just beautiful. Unique color. Gray, Cream, and Silvery all at once. Beautiful skirt. One callout - small hole, probably caught on a hanger or something at some point. This is true vintage.
