Vintage 90’s Velvet Scarf

Vintage 90s chocolate brown velvet burnout scarf. Very good used condition, no stains, holes, or other flaws. Tag has been removed but I believe the material is silk. The lining has become a little misshapen but otherwise excellent vintage condition. Dimensions are approximately 12“ x 53“.
