Vintage 90s Tiramisu floral mini skirt. Satiny look & feel. Elastic stretch on the back of the waistband. Side buttons are fabric covered. There’s no size listed. Measurements show about a 28” waist. So, I’m listing this as a Medium. Though since there is not Stretch in the hips, this should fit a Size Small as well.
