1990s Leslie Faye Petites short-sleeve blouse. Faux layered look - appears to be an open shirt over a tank but is actually one cool, lightweight piece. Ties at waist. 100% rayon, navy blue background with white/tan floral print on outer layer, small spiral print on front inset. Excellent vintage condition - washed and worn but no flaws.
