Vintage 90s Textured Velvet Heels

These are a pair of rarely worn high heels from a boutique in Soho from the 90s. They are a medium heel, with the exterior being velvet. The textured area at the front is very chic and different. They would look great in fall with some trousers. Velvet is back!
