Vintage 90s Teddy Bear Tin with Hat Shaped Lid

Tin has some discoloration, see photos, on top of hat and bottom of tin. The hat portion is creased, but overall great vintage condition. Tin is 7 inches tall, 6 in at widest point. I accept most reasonable offers. Thank you!
