1994 Blue Fish "Elfin" T-Shirt Dress! So 90s, this is a SOFT t-shirt dress, 100% hemp cotton, made in the USA. Blue Fish was an ICONIC 90s brand, known for their hand-painted, customizable designs. This dress has an overhanging collar, which looks super cute on! It features a grasshopper on the front AND back, as well as some daisy flowers and a cute caterpillar on the back!
