Vintage 90s Shabazz Brothers 77 Nylon Reflective Stripe, Buckle Strap Cap Hat

Vintage 90s Shabazz Brothers 77 Nylon Reflective Stripe, Buckle Strap Cap Hat. The biggest issue with this is that the inside white lining is flaking off. I’m not sure if there is a sealer spray or something to keep it from peeling further. If this is for a vintage collection I don’t think it would be a problem while on display- it peels when handled. There are some small markings on top of hat as shown. Otherwise in good vintage condition.
