Vintage 90s Rosey Tomato Midi Skirt Boho Elephant Large

The elastic is pretty stretched out, 38” waist 32.5” Length from waist No holes, I did see a snag, see photo. No stains. Good vintage condition. I accept reasonable offers. The tag says S but it is very relaxed. Drawstring probably needs to be changed.
