Vintage 90s Roberta Strapless Velvet Mini Dress 7/8

Vintage mini dress with jeweled neckline! I have this on my model is size 6 but please see measurements chest across front is 16 1/2 inches waist across front only is 14 inches hips across front only are 19 inches from chest top to bottom hem is 30 inches there is boning on sides and front 2 in front and 1 each on sides no issues looks nice !
