Vintage '90's Reversible Open-Front No-Logo Jacket from Paris Neoprene-Like

This is a reversible jacket that was purchased in Paris in 1996. I wore it while singing jazz there -- with black satin slinky pants and vintage geometric black -velvet DKNY heels. It reminded me of what Issey Miyake was doing at the time. The textile is like neoprene -- the stuff wetsuits are made of -- only lighter and a bit softer -- but almost rubbery. VERY cool as it holds a nice shape when on. Worn once and in excellent condition. I do not know the cleaning protocol. There is no brand - logo - label. Likely a local Parisian designer - new at the time -- dunno. The size is a large -- around a 14. Dimensions are: > Length shoulder to hem 29" > Sleeves shoulder-seam to end with cuffs down 24" > Shoulders across seam-to-seam 16.5" >Armpits across (approx as front does not close) 21" I add that I have the jacket over a turtleneck in the pictures. The jacket neckline is a simple circle not a high collar.
