I’m sure I wore this exact same dress to an 8th grade dance. So nostalgic and a perfect 90s dress. The base layer is a super sparkle blue base and a black sheer floral overlay on top. Just so good!! The tag says size large but I think it would fit a medium better. P2P measures at approximately 15” laying flat. The very bottom of the dress is a little worn, but not noticeable when wearing. Overall good condition.
