Vintage 90s Notations Tiered Layers of Chiffon Bias Cut Skirt

Contrast print layers of polk a dots and floral chiffon in a flattering bias cut. The hem has a nice delicate ruffle effect as well. No doubt this skirt would look super cute with a pair of Doc Martins! Pull on styling with elastic waistline. Midi length. Lined. See below for best fit. Approximate measurements: Waist 13” not stretched Hips 18.5” Length 28” Good vintage condition. The hem at the waistline has come undone a bit but I mended in strategic spots so it shouldn’t turn up. Easy to mend if you can hand sew a little. Also a couple of runs in the fabric but aren’t really noticeable. See pics.
