Vintage 90s “Notations” Chiffon Butterfly & Polka Dot Print Asymmetrical Skirt

Gorgeous, flowy, and lightweight skirt. Great for Spring and Summer. Worn a few times but the elastic waist is a bit worn and it was always a bit too big for me. Hoping it will find a lovely new home! Condition: GOOD. Has a few pulls mostly towards the hem (pictured). There are also a few loose threads (pictured). These details aren’t noticeable when worn. As mention above, the elastic waist is also a bit worn giving it a more loose fitting waist.
