Vintage 90's Norma Betancourt Leather Made in Spain Flats Fall Leaves 8.5 M

EUC unique brown leather flats with fall leaf accents in the colors mustard yellow, tan, and olive green. Made in Spain, excellent quality. The white residue on the heels in the photos turned out to be dried shoe wax and I was able to get it off after I took the photos. The original price tag is still on the bottom that is dated 1/23/91
