Vintage 90s Nicolete Dress

Beautiful 90s style high low color front dress Has cute little word prints and roses on it. Almost looks like newspaper print but blue and tan. Definitely adjust Devon Lee Carlson would wear. Brand new without tags purchased second hand but had to take the tags off so I could clean it. Reminds me a lot of Jean Paul Gauthier. Would fit a medium best. #rampage #bellahadid #express #jpg
