Vintage 90's NOS Rampage Clothing Co. R-Wear Baby Pink w/ Silver-like heart zipp

From my personal closet of 90's stash. I absolutely hate to sell this! I just have to come to terms that this will never fit me again unfortunately. Whomever buys this, I just hope will preserve it and cherish it as much as I have. I bought this in 1997, from Carson Pirie Scott's junior section for Valentine's Day. Rare baby pink miniskirt from the brand R-Wear, Rampage Clothing Co. Two working functional pockets (yes pockets!) on the front adorned with silver-like heart charms. Nothing else out there like this! 100% polyester. There are no flaws. This piece was worn once and tucked away. Basically NOS. Has belt loops, but I bought it brand new off the rack without the belt. Waist measurement flat is 12.5"
