Vintage 90s Morgan & Co by Linda Bernell Green Pleated Taffeta Maxi Skirt 7/8. High rise maxi length skirt. Full skirt with pleats at waist. One pleat on the back has a small rip at the seam but can easily be fixed with a stitch or two. tag says 7/8 but fits like a modern small. for reference i am a 6 and it fit me well! waist is 13" across, length 40".
