Vintage 90’s Maxi Floral Dress

This vintage Carol Anderson dress is in great condition and looking for a new home. This dress has buttons all the way down and has a tie in the back to cinch in the waist. There’s one small set of stains on the shoulder (pictured) but no other flaws or issues.
