Vintage 90s Long Sleeve Velvet Cocktail Dress

Classic black velvet off-shoulder, long-sleeve Roberta cocktail dress from 1992 with sweetheart neckline. The slit at the back needs slight repair where thread is coming out and a tiny wear at the dip of the neckline. Wore to Christmas Party in 1992 and has been in my closet since. Happy to say, it still fits me, but it’s time to pass it on to a new generation. Made In USA. Sizing is juniors 13/14.
