Four buttons light weight cotton blue jacket. Light shoulder pads and high slits up the sides. Vintage 1990s. New with tags and extra button! Armpit to armpit 28”, Shoulder to hemline 53”, back 19”, slits are each 21.5“. Excellent condition.
