Vintage 90's Lip Service Vinyl Pinafore Dress

one of Lip Service’s more rare vintage designs! adjustable shoulder straps buckle at the front, has a lace up bodice and paneled stitching for a corset-like look, but has no boning for a comfortable fit. for a flared silhouette wear a tutu underneath! age: 1990’s material: 60% polyurethane, 40% poly. brand: Lip Service Los Angeles condition: great, only flaw is an extremely tiny scratch near grommet, see last pic. tagged size: large measurements: 17” chest (can be unlaced to fit larger), 16” waist, 33” min length. i replaced the original shoe tie like lace up with ribbon but will include the original with your purchase.
