100% Nylon. Hood is attached. Size tag is labeled size Small (8) Please compare measurements to a favorite jacket/shirt: Chest (underarm to underarm): 17.5" across Waist (across the front): 17.5" Length (top of shoulder to bottom hem): 22.5" Sleeve Length (top of shoulder to cuff): 21" Shoulder to Shoulder: 17" Condition: Zipper runs a little tight but it works. Has some white marks on the fabric from detergent. There is a hole at the base of the hood where is attaches to neck seam, could be fixed with a few stitches. Sleeve cuffs are dingy.
