Vintage 90's Jovani chiffon tiered ball gown black

Beautiful floor length evening dress with deep V in front and back. Layered, sheer ruffles from hips down. Fitted through waist and slight flare from hips. Hidden back zip with hook and eye closure. Fully lined. Lightweight, comfortable floaty poly. Size 14, but vintage, please check measurements. May fit a size 12. Across chest 20", waist flat 16", hips 19", length 53". In excellent condition with no tears or stains. Worldwide Gown Cleaning was a company in Flushing Queens NY. It opened in 1986 and appears to have closed in 1995, so I would assume the dress is from somewhere between those years.
