Vintage 90’s J. Crew Polka Dot Pencil Mini Shirt Vtg 100% Cotton skirt from J Crew in the late 90’s. This was mine back when I was a skinny minnie. It has a great, tailored cut and hits around mid thigh. It’s lined as well. Zippered back with eye hook, small side slit. Pretty, lighter slate blue color.
