Vintage 90s Francine Browner mini skirt

Black mini skirt is from the mid-90s and is in excellent condition. It has belt loops and two large front pockets with buttons (the pockets are real). Skirt buttons down the front. 50% polyester, 50% rayon; tag advised to dry clean only, but I can tell you that it's never been cleaned that way. Juniors size 9/10. Waist is 29"; skirt is 16" long.
