Love these vintage 90s Flared Cargo pants in red. So fun and cool. Think Gwen Stefani in No Doubt. These would be really cute with a white tank body suit. Pair with white sneakers or chunky platform wedges. The 90s were one of the coolest decades, grungy, young, and fun. These say size 3 but the sizing was different then. I put size 2 but please check the measurements.
