Vintage 90s Drop Waist Tulle Party Dress Sleeveless Sheer Lined

In excellent condition, small piece of tulle is missing at bottom, see photo, not very noticeable at all, really had to look for it. Fabric is sheer with an attached black slip under. Has a bit of stretch to it. Size says 11/12 but I’m calling it a small or medium, see measurements. Measurements 17” pit to pit 16.5 waist 51” length
