Vintage 90s Compagnie Internationale EXPRESS Plaid Skirt 11/12 Boucle Tweed

This skirt was part of a rebranding effort that Express (by The Limited) launched in the early 90s, which leaned heavily into Parisian and generally European influence. Hence, the label in French.
