Vintage 90s Coldwater Creek Chambray Denim Dress Raw Hem Blue Small Petite

From their early days, vintage 90s Coldwater Creek made in the USA 100% cotton denim chambray dress. Wide jewel neck with elastic waist, long sleeve and on seam hip pockets. The hem and cuff are raw edged. This dress appears to have been upcycled by removing the cuffs and a little bit of the length. Laying flat measures 19 inches armpit to armpit, 14.5 inches straight across the waist measuring to 18 inches without much resistance And 39.5 inches shoulder to hem. The sleeves measure 20 inches shoulder seem to cup which is about bracelet length on most people. The top measures 17.5 inches from shoulder to waist and the skirt is 22 inches from waist to hem. no noted flaws. tag size PS, which I’m assuming stands for petite small but please double check measurements to ensure the proper fit for you
