Vintage 90s Christian Dior Skirt Suit Circa 1996 / 1997

Gently used, vintage, numbered, structured Christian Dior skirt suit that was made in France but purchased in Geneva, Switzerland (around 1996 or 1997). I had Dior hem the skirt to fit me like a mini skirt. However, I am 6' 1", and most of my height is in my legs, so what fits me as a miniskirt won't fit like a miniskirt on every woman. There is 2" of extra material in the skirt's hem in case someone would like to add additional length to the skirt. There is a light stain on the underside of the buttonhole. What I loved about this suit was the high low feature of the suit's jacket. I felt it had a very refined, elegant, and unique cut. The button is a Dior button, but it is not the original button. The original button was destroyed by the dry cleaners, so I wrote to Dior, and they sent me some replacement buttons. Unfortunately, they did not have the original button type that was used on the suit. The size is a European 44, which is supposed to translate to about a size US 10. However, sizing in the 90s was very different. I was a 10 back then, but I am about a 12 in today's standards and have gained weight since the 90s. This suit is way too small for me now (almost 30 years later), so my best guess is that the suit's size is equivalent to today's size 6 (US). Poshmark is asking for the original price, but I have no recollection of its original price. But it was purchased at a Christian Dior boutique in Geneva, Switzerland.
