Vintage ‘90s Bugle Boy School Uniform Skirt

There’s some cool history behind this vintage ‘90s Bugle Boy schoolgirl skirt! Bugle Boy was best known in the ‘80s for their jeans, parachute pants and streetwear + breakdancing gear, but they started manufacturing school uniforms in 1997 for a few years before they went bankrupt in 2001 (I included a little bit of the brand history in the photos!). This is one of their late ‘90s / early 2000s school uniform skirts. It features pleating, and a side zipper closure with two buttons (adjustable depending on size). Wear it with a turtleneck, blazer and loafers for a chic, preppy academic look! Waist measures 11 1/2 inches across, length is 19 1/2 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. The size tag is a Girls 10, which fits like a modern-day Women’s XS, thus I have categorized it as such.
