Vintage 90s Blue / Purple Lace Halter Style Skater Dress

Vintage 90s blue lace halter style fit and flare dress by Jump Apparel. Has a purple underlay with tulle skirt. Zips up the back. Tagged as juniors 7/8. Fits a little small. Best fit for size 4/6.
