This is the perfect length! I love how blouses like this hit right at the hip, perfect for low- to mid-rise jeans! This was a neat little top I bought from the theatre dept. at my first college when they were selling some of their wardrobe goods. This just isn't the best shade for my skin so I'm selling it, but I loved wearing it! It has the perfect shape because it doesn't conform you, rather, it falls on you and compliments YOUR shape : ) It is flowy, it has lining, and it is 3/4 sleeves. Not to mention to cute lettuce edge hems! This is a great 90s style that should come back!
