Vintage early 90s black velvet party dress by Samantha Black. Has puffed sleeves, drop waist, and bows at the hip. Great condition. Does have a couple lines at the back of the zipper that look like gold thread? Not very noticeable. Tagged size 4. Fits true. Mannequin measures B 35.5 / W 27 / H 36.
