Vintage 90's Black Stretch Velvet Slip Dress -Floral Butterfly Chinese Character Graphic in Sparkly Gray -Spaghetti Straps with gray metallic threads -12" Slits on both sides -Body hugging fit -Hits at ankles Size: Tag says 16 which I am guessing is Juniors. I have listed as a woman's Small due to measurements and how it fits the mannequin which is a size 6 Pit to pit: 16" Waist: 15" Hips: 18" Length: 44" Dress is in excellent condition for age though has some red marks that look like Kool-Aid or marker ink on one strap.
