Vintage 90s B. Smart Chiffon Flutter Cap Sleeve Slip Midi Dress Burgundy M

Vintage 90s B. Smart clothing, brand burgundy, chiffon mid length slip dress with capped flutter sleeves, and a cowl neck. The chiffon overlay is a muted tonal pattern, incorporating floral vines, and paisley over a stretchy lining. The tag size has been removed, but it is featured on my size medium dress form where it fits well and it does have a bit of stretch. Made in Macau. Measurements are approximate and taken while laying flat, 18 inches armpit to armpit 14.5 inches straight across the waist 17 inches across the hip and 43 inches shoulder to him. It looks as though the straps have been shortened a bit, but those threats could easily be released. I haven’t done that because it fits so well as is.
