Vintage 90's 2-piece evening/cocktail outfit by Cache, deep red crinkle fabric

This is hugely unique. The deep red crinkle fabric drapes over your shoulders and flows, measuring to a length of 37" from back of neck to hem. Shoulder pads give the top form. But the really unique features are the big sleave cuffs. The size M pants have an elastic waist band (24" when relaxed 36" when stretched to the Max). The pants are extra long (43"). They loosely gathered at the ankle. The top has no buttons.
