Vintage 90s 220 Hickory by Blain 100% cotton chambray sleeveless dress. Button in front with tabs in the back that tie for a little waist definition. There is also some princess seeming that releases at the waist that gives the same effect. Embroidered around the neck in ivory, pesto, green, and pink flowers. Laying flat measures 47 inches shoulder to him, 21 inches armpit to armpit and 21.5 inches straight across the waist. That is untied. The size says MED PT but I find it hard to believe the PT means petite because at 5’6” tall it is maxi length on me. So please double check measurements to ensure the proper fit for you.
