Vintage 90’ Gwen Stefani Jeweled Velvet Choker Necklace

I bought this in the early 90’s from a jewelry store in NYC. Made to look like a Victorian choker. Burgundy velvet. Pink, blue and garnet stones. Clasp signed Gwen. Some tarnishing normal with age. Have not tried to polish b/c I feel it lends well to the vintage feel.
