Vintage 80s/90s velvet off the shoulder party dress

From another era!!! Vintage. Belonged to my very New York aunt and was clearly in rotation circa 1988. No size tags, but I would call it medium/ large. See below for measurements. I’m a size 6 and it was falling off of me (also meant for someone taller than 5’4” Faux pockets, buttons w/ beads & gems, layered Tulle fabric at skirt, starting just below hips and also around arms and neckline. Front bow could easily be removed 16.5” at waist lying flat 19.5” across under armpit to armpit lying flat 22” across at hips (where tulle starts) Approx 20” across inside should to shoulder (neckline) Approx 35” long, from top of shoulder to bottom Approx 21” from waist to bottom
