Vintage 80s/90s Multi-colored Maxi Belted Dress

This is a fun dress! The brand is called Phoebe. The bodice billows out for an oversized look, and the skirt stays narrow, while the waist is cinched in by a matching belt. The dress is in pretty good condition. There are not any stains or tears. The belt loop (shown in the last picture) is a woven thread and it has come undone. No other imperfections.
