Vintage black velvet whimsygoth maxi dress 80s gown with mesh and beading details. A simple but beautiful body hugging formal gown. Has non-removable shoulder pads (I would recommend keeping them attached!). No flaws detected. Size: 4 Petite. Fits a small Waist:~13.5” has some stretch Length:~53”
