Vintage 80s red striped chambray shirt w/ ruffles at collar, yoke, & sleeves

Red striped chambray shirt is 27” long from bottom of collar to lower edge, bust to 38,” sleeves 27”(keep in mind this includes gathering at sleeve head & ruffle at lower edge so would fit a few inches shorter as arranged. Shoulders are narrow at just under 15.” Shirt placket, collar & sleeves faced in red. Because of shoulder width, being vintage, & supposed to have a blousy fir, this in no way a large as labeled, but a small or smallish medium. There is a little bleed through of red at sleeve cuffs; please zoom in. Pie crust collar can be worn buttoned up or open. Neck is small at 14&1/2”
