Vintage 80’s polka dot white dress

Very cute, pleated dress. A vintage polka dot dress with pleated skirt. Side zipper closure. No size tag- fits like a S/M but please refer to measurements. I'm a a size 4 for reference. Laying flat, item measures 37" long, waist- 13.5", armpit to armpit -18". Good vintage condition! There are 2 tiny holes near the sleeve as it is vintage but nothing obvious.
