Vintage 80s necklace with faux pearls and clear heart

Amazing vintage 80s necklace with two strands of large faux pearls and a asymmetrical large glass faceted heart prong set in a gold tone setting. This was the style in the 80s. Perhaps influenced by Madonna. I probably wore it with a velvet dress. 18” long. Excellent condition!
