Vintage 80s necklace

I have several pieces of vintage costume jewelry for sale. I purchased this in the early 80s, but I have no idea what I even bought it to wear with. I may have worn it once. It is made out of plastic with painted highlights. Please message me with any questions. I will answer them as best I can.
